This time of the year, parents start to chat about what to get the teacher and what to hand out in class. For those who are slightly crafty and are looking for something more than a card for the classmates, then you might want to take a look at these.
Christmas Tic Tac Labels
Tic tacs are great for our hot Summer Christmas and suitable for the older kids. This free printable turns it into a quick print, cut & stick affair that the kids can help with.
Reindeer treat bags
These Reindeer treat bags are totally adorable and the great thing is that you can use any appropriately coloured items. Think red grape noses and sultana heads, jaffa nose and malteser heads, jaffa nose and milo head. The filling is up to your imagination
Mini reindeer lollipops
Chupa chups are great, but when there are 25 kids in a class and you have multiple children who need gifts, that soon adds up. This cute template is for the mini chupa chups and is another craft the kids can join in on.
Bouncy ball gift
This gift is great for those not wanting to give food or not wanting a Christmas themed gift. The good thing is that the gift would be welcomed by boys & girls of most ages.
Loaded ornaments
These plastic baubles can be purchased at many craft stores. Grab a paint pen and whatever filling takes your fancy.
Reindeer brownies
This is a great class gift because you can package up pre-prepared cake or use your own recipe. The kids can join in in putting the faces on.
M&M Christmas gift pouches
This is one for those who love their craft. We love the Ziploc bag tip, it certainly make the process easier than trying to find a suitably shaped cellophane bag.
Grinch Pills
Now there are a few of these around, but this one is more G-rated rather than PG. Once again, you can use whatever green food (or red & green) you choose (it doesn’t have to be chocolate).
Reindeer lollipops
For those of us shorter on time, this is a quick glue & twist job. You could add a card or tag too for a personal wish.
Oreo reindeer
It so happens that I spied chocolate coated oreos in the supermarket the other day & when these popped up on Pinterest, it seemed too good to be true. Now you don’t have to use chocolate coated biscuits, any brown ones would do and then add the decorations with a dob of prepared icing (the tube ones work a treat). I like how these were in individual bags.
Have a look at the other decorated biscuits while you’re there.
Pudding-deer
Here’s another gift the kids can help with. Pudding cups are great and don’t have to be kept cool, another plus for our hot Christmas.
